This season’s flu vaccine is now available at all our network pharmacies. Please visit any AlphaPharm, Clicks, Dischem, Local Choice or Medicare pharmacy before 30 June 2022 to access your flu vaccine.
We recommend confirming availability of the flu vaccine beforehand as a particular pharmacy may run out of stock from time-to-time.
Members on our primary care plans have access to our COVID-19 benefit.
Benefits include the following (pre-authorisation is required):
• Consultation with a Unity Health Network GP/Nurse/Virtual GP consultations (via approved nurse clinic)
• Access to one COVID-19 pathology PCR test.
The benefit is payable if you test positive for COVID-19 (pre-authorisation is required).
• Basic chest x-rays.
• Acute medication available on the formulary.
• Skype counselling sessions are available.
The COVID-19 vaccine is the most effective way to prevent serious COVID-19 infection. Please have your vaccination today. If you are fully vaccinated, you may be eligible for your booster shot.

One of the many advantages is the ability to consult with a GP virtually. Visit a nurse at any AlphaPharm, Clicks, Dischem or Medicare pharmacy and if medically required the nurse will facilitate a consultation with a GP.

Getting in touch with our call centre:
Our client call centre is always glad to assist with all your general queries. If an agent is unable to answer all your questions, they will escalate it to the relevant department and ensure you receive your feedback timeously. Contact 0861 366 006 and speak to one of our friendly call centre agents between 08:00 and 16:30 on weekdays and between 08:00 and 13:00 on Saturdays.
Please note that our call centre is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

When submitting a query via email, kindly include your policy/ID number. You will receive an email notification with a reference number. Please use this reference number when contacting us regarding your query.
